Hi,
the inactive message did once come up on mine. Checked the fuse and it wasn't in cos i think some daft BMW mechanic did take it out and forgot to replace it. Insertion of a new fuse solved...

don't think anyone has attempted just changing the grills. You will have to go for a full facelift, that means 04+ bonnet,wings,bumper and headlights. Real pain trying to get the headlight...

yes that can happen but then you need to have it reset, i have a peake reset tool. After about 1000mile or so with the lpg, the car electronics should adjust to it and the fault...
