MKIII - Audio cuts off after 3-4 min and NAV sometimes says Reading disc, please wait

I have tried to insert a burned copy of the nav cd into my 740i (MKIII), and after this randomly the NAV will say 'Reading CD please wait' but nothing will happen, and now the audio will cut off...
