Mirror Trim Replacement HELP!!

I accidently hit the passenger side mirror on my garage door as I was backing in and cracked the mirror trim and mirror. :( The mirror motor still works, but I need to replace the actual mirror glass...

How do you program a new key?

I got a new key that starts my x but I can't get it to program. I drove with it in the ignition for about an hour or so and still no luck. Any suggestions?
