I had the same problem. Does it blow air from the rear outlets? If yes, it's likely your AC motor has blown. SA has told me that there is a separate AC motor for rear.

I always use the same key and customer settings...

I always use the same key and customer settings were stored for the same key that I used. Somehow, pressing and holding center button (a few times) reset all settings.

The main problem is how to get around the button. There's not much opening - a credit card hardly fits. So, Q-tip is out of the list. Trying tooth brush with soap water might work?
