Did u have to cut off the old tips? The exhaust on the 3.0 drops down at the tip (doesn't come completely straight out) and I thought it would be difficult to match an oval tip over it. Im interested...

Mine were also on very tight so I bought a heavy duty wrench and returned it right after.. Make sure you lay down a work blanket so you dont scratch the car though.

I think it should be fine. That's the same size the tires that were on the wheels before. The tires were bare so I scrapped them.

Not sure, I bought them off a dealer like most poeple have done and saved a couple grand. The rims are nearly identicle to BMW wheels though.
