Just FYI - dealer is paying for all labor for a new water pump, and they are throwing in a free thermostat as well. I will end up paying $500 instead of $1500.

Themetal one doesn't rattle if you install it correctly. I have had mine for 3 years- rattle free! You can also recline the seats to add pressure to stop any rattles
