Yeah the guys at highline also programmed my R/T button to select between the modes of the AVIC Z3. But I've never had issues with the AVIC Z3 changing modes when I turn the X on or at any other...

Thanks again for the info Silver. I was wanting to use the BMW handsfree and just make it so that he radio would mute when I make or receive a call but the Pioneer does have Bluetooth hands free...
