That was 2 yrs ago and my X was still under warranty. They were going to void the warranty if I did not denied pairing it w/ a non-approved cell phone.

I took it to the dealer today. They called me later and told me that the radio is generating so many failure codes that they decided to replace it. I will pick it up Monday. covered by warranty.
