Is it possible to change the annoying "ding ding" seatbelt reminder sound to the softer chime of the newer BMWs?

I have an 05 3.0. I think 2007 and up for the X5 has the newer chime.

Hi...

I have an 05 3.0 w/ 45k miles on it. I'm the first owner and ever since the car had about 3K miles on it, a problem surfaced where the belts or pullies make noise when the car is turned on...

Has anyone out there experienced a hard shift b/t 1st and 2nd when under 1/2 to 3/4 throttle load? This usually happens more often when the car is in the first 10 min of driving.
