Valley Pan

I read alot from what many of you wrote and after the mechanic took the X5 apart today, guess what, valley pan is the problem. It might be more but thats where most of the leak seems to be from. So...

I have an X5 leaking from what looks like between the block and the transmission. Anyone experience this?
