133K miles on my 04 3.0.

Got the PS pump replaced around 100K, new radiator, new belt(and a few other common stuff) but nothing major. Planning on selling it and get a E70 soon.

I read on an E46 forum that the flickering issue may be caused by bad grounding or sockets, which cause the LCM to reset and therefore flickers. But in my case the Xenon also...
