i have exactly the same situation as above and mine was a blown fuse #27 which is for interior/trunk lights and windshield washer pump but every time i put a new fuse, it's always blown....

Rock, yes, replacing the sensors and harness fixed the issue. to reset, leave the car for about an hour with the battery disconnected.
