Personally i try first with a new battery , it rather cheap one and at worst you got a backup one.
There are horrible stories of people jumping X5 and getting electronic parts die that cost 1k+ :wow:

Personally my batteries when die are always in cold winter days :)

But a 2007 battery dieing , must be really a defective part .

5 years is on the luck of the draw side.

My suggestion change it , batteries are cheap

The first one is correct when they say " improve low end torque" yep thats what happen when you reduce you intake flow but you lose power on...
