Well I definitely have those buttons on the MID (no NAV). If I did everything right to set it up it may just not work anymore. Like I said I bought it used so... who knows. I held the pairing button...

Missing Pixels

I contacted my local BMW dealer who gave me the BMWNA customer service number 800-831-1117. I was told by the lady I talked to that they were not doing anything about MID, only the instrument cluster.
