Removed jammed stuck NAV CD / Disk

I finally figured it out. :)

I didnt even have to unplug the nav. all you have to do is hold down the eject button and wait while you hear the cd trying to read (I think I heard it do this...

I have a NAV update CD stuck in my MK3 drive and it WILL NOT EJECT. Is there a quick fix for getting this out of the NAV or am I beat? Please help
