Very true. My frustration comes more from the fact that BMW does not offer the small part indipendantly of the whole air vent.
I would be more than happy to pay for the part and the service guys...

My little gripe.
I own a April built 35d great car.
Bought it for the 7 seats due to havnig three children under 8.
Found that the little levers that you use to direct airflow in the rear...
