This is really just an appendix to the useful Article posted on this subject. It says in the article that the brackets for fitting the wide screen are discontinued. I dont know if this is the case...

Mk2 to Mk4 upgrade
I am just about to install the Mk4 Sat Nav on my 2000 X5 and there is a GPS lead node on the back which isnt there on the Mk2 box. Do I need to change anything? Can anyone advise? Thanks
