Not yet, my dealer is in contact with BMWNA to figure out the issue. The only thing I know right now is that it's a computer problem. They said it's a "faulty module"

I tow a 3,500lb boat plus the weight of the trailer with my 35d no problem. Also, the trailer doesn't have brakes. I'm only going short distances but so far I can barely notice the boat behind me....
