Oh, so it should sound more like a diesel engine if it's the timing chain guide? Like "ta-ta-ta-ta"? I would rather it's the serpentine belt which is much cheaper to fix(maybe I can DIY). Thanks.

Maybe it's just a serpentine belt or something(does this car even has a serpentine?)
I used to have an old car whose serpentine belt squeals in the winter, and it sounds a little bit like that.
