I don't remember it shuttering or shaking upon stopping. However, during cold starts I do feel the shuttering and shaking 10-secs. into the initial start. But the s/s only last a few seconds and goes...

So r u referring to the terminal from the actual battery or the sockets to the headlight assembly? The one under the spare tire?

So I had the bulb on the passenger side replaced today and it doesn't turn on. The old bulb was fried for sure. Everything else is working...halo...parking...

Still under CPO, other than the bulb...
