Where does this piece/tube go?

I was looking under the hood today just looking around before I did my oil change and saw this tube/hose that seems to be disconnected but could not locate where it goes. Here is a picture. Any help...

I would echo what others have said about the e70...

I would echo what others have said about the e70 vs e53. I test drove an 09 e70 but it just didn't have that BMW feel. If feels cheaper inside but that may not be the case and it has more technology...

I would second checking the sunroof drain on the front drivers side first. I had the same issue and that was the problem. You can test it by pouring water from the sunroof drain to see if it drains...

Any update on anyone with ideas on how to clean the sunroof drains. I searched and didn't really find anything that worked for anyone. My drivers side front drain is blocked and I had wet drivers...

Looking great. I am actually picking up an 05 4.4 sport in the same color combo next week and I wanted to add the front skid plate and the side runners. Looks really good.
