Fog Light Replacement for X5d

I tried to change the fog light on my X5d by following this DIY

Used to be about $150. Morrison BMW now quotes me $300.

Don't matter. Mine has been completed for a week now and still "waiting to be released to the carrier". Apparently the EPA cert is holding up delivery.

Got a VIN yesterday. Called the 800 number and my status changed to "in production with a completion date of Oct 8th". WooHoo!!

I see you're also from the Bay Area. Which dealer did you order your X35d from?
I ordered mine from Fremont BMW a week ago, but still no confirmation if it's been accepted by BMW.
