Cool...I also forgot to mention that I towed with the 22s & it wasn't an issue with the 3 questions you asked. Like I said, I found the Toyo Proxy II to be awesome in dry/wet/snow.

I already do this with my wife's X5 4.4i, expecially on cold start up. I manually shift until I see the oil temp is at or close to normal running temp.

Yeah, I believe the build date on my wife's X5 is 3/2004 & it had Xeons, but not adaptive. Stock Light Control...

I then estimated how much wire I needed to reach the TCM plus some and cut the 18 gauge wire off the spool. Here I felt it was appropriate to test the new rear fog lights, so I turned the car back...

Then I ran the wire up through the dash board & right behind the Light Control Unit. Then I connected the 18 gauge wire to the wire from the bushing contact and tucked the wire behind the leg well...
