I bought the sea tbelt holder thinking it was the seat belt buckle hitting against the pillar... nope that wasn't it. The rattle is somewhere in there, very annoying.

no offense taken... i did read the manual, but havent memorized it. I know how to work the cruise control, but the extra credit stuff comes in time. Thanks for the hint on reading...

MOV's...(caps) are put across coils (solenoids).... they are used as surge supressors. Some starters do have them, and is a common practice.
