I believe that the factory amp is what powers your speakers and thus the sound. The radio and cd player factory do not have built in amplifiers. Therefore I do not think installing a new radio...

I think if you spent money fixing a non bmw (spark plugs, cv boots etc) you wouldn't complain, but when its on a "BMW" all of a sudden people think it's falling apart. It's a matter of perspective....

Just go to the dealer they sell them, i a missing a cover and they quoted me the cover plus paint to be around $57. So your looking at 114 for just the two covers not including the nozzle.

Yes the 4.6 engine with the 4.6 muffler sound really good, unfortunately the 4.4i engine with the 4.6 muffler only looks nice, but sound is almost identical, i did it for cosmetic reasons...
