Are they warrentied for replacement though? Arnott will replace the strut for free if a strut they sell you fails. I had a similar issue, where I needed the strut. I knew it was going to fail...

Well in NJ it's illegal to not have a front plate, but there's no mounting bracket on my X5 cause the previous owner was from NC or SC, where I assume front plates aren't mandatory. I was too lazy...
