Figured it out. Had to use ISTA to initialize FTM... plus I had to do a steering angle calibration for some reason.
Once done, shows FTM active. Took it for a short drive after hitting reset and...

I powered mine from the cig lighter in the console. Pretty easy wire run. Behind A Pillar, under dash. Figured it out doing a search here. Mounted my Redline just to the left of the rearview. GL.
