Is nav screen broken

Have 02 E66 not sure if screen has problem. I'm still able to
see the idrive nav screen to enter all sections but when i'm in tv i have sound
no picture and gps navigation not a thing at all...

Unhappy Navigation TV Problems

Hi
Have 2003 735Li the Navigation does no work the screen is gray
like white noise. The TV is the same no picture but there is sound
you can hear what is being broadcast.I have run firmware update...
