Good idea to replace anything else while doing oil filter housing gasket?

Hi all,
I'm going to replace a leaky oil filter housing gasket on our '05 3.0i. While I've got things apart, is there anything else I should do? Tensioners, belts, or other gaskets? Any other ideas?...

Hey guys,
I'm pretty sure my blower motor is going out since its squeals like a pig any time the climate control is on. I'm going to pick up the Bentley manual since the whole dash has to come out....
