hi, someone recently slammed door hard, window just fell down. it seems the thread around it that pulls it up and down has snapped. can it be fixed, and what do i need to buy. thanks

hi, my 2001 x5 4.4 came with no manual. i paid for a pdf doc on ebay, which i seem to have deleted. does anyone know where i can download one free. i'm trying to find out how to turn on heated seats....
