I have not personally seen any X5's with this size, although the X5 599M wheel comes in a staggered 285 Front and 325 Rear, so you might be able to get away with 295's.
Might need some spacers up...

They will fit, the difference is the TPMS. BMW changed the TPMS sensors from the E70 to the F15 models.
If you put E70 TPMS sensors in F15 wheels they will work on an E70 as well as putting F15...
