Oil leak right front near sensor

I replaced a leaking oil cover gasket and it all seemed good for awhile. Now I see a leak near the front right (left if you are facing engine front) near a sensor and right near the replaced gasket...

I received the bulbs and now trying to figure out what needs to be removed to put bulbs in. I looked in the article section but couldn't find help for my 2006 x5.
Looks like there are 3 torx screws...
