I just replaced both front low beams on my 2007....

I just replaced both front low beams on my 2007. The passenger side went and then a few days later the drivers side went.

Once i worked out the best way to hold my hand to get the clip to work...

i bought OEM jurid rear pads on ebay last night for US$36. Saw some OEM rear rotors for $130 or some other options for US$130-$165.

that's a shame. when i had a defect in a newly delivered car (once out of 9 BMWs), the dealer couldn't do enough to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction.

Did the pads and rotors yesterday.

The minimum thickness is 23.4mm on the front rotors. Mine were at 23.6 and 23.58 so i replaced them with new ones.

For completeness, i'll look at the rears...

The car has done 105k km in a little over two years, and the sensor light has just come on. I bought new pads for the fronts - they have about 4 or 5mm left from my quick inspection with the wheels...

You don't want them to work all the time. That was how they worked on my Cayenne and it was a pain in the arse. Had to keep turning them off as they were driving me crazy.
