I think whoever replaced the gasket the last time kinda mangled the head a bit, because I can't seem to push that e-torx all the way in, it's just kinda grabbing the tips.

It's not leaking right...

But I did look around the alternator and there's alot of oil around the back of it. Near the voltage...

God i'm so sick of all these leaks... i thought i fixed the weep hole leak with the bimmerfix stent, but it's still leaking. no where near as much before but still leaking. Now I discover this leak...

I was thinking if we can replace the upper foam guide with the wheels ON and not having to take the strut out completely, it'll be a much easier maintenance item to take care of.

it does, but if i jack it up from the jack pad location, I don't a spot for the jack stand. It's not safe to work under the car just with the hydraulic jack.

I don't have room in front of the X5...
