OK, I think we have our wires crossed LOL, The shock mounting is not the issue, its the coil spring itself..................if I remove the air bag, does the coil spring just sit its in...

So when you tested the new pump, you just powered it up with positive and negative straight off the battery and the pump ran?

Both my old and new pumps do not run when wired...
