Turned out to be the "Brake Light Switch" which...

Turned out to be the "Brake Light Switch" which is located under the dash on the driver's side. $40 part, 1 hour of labor, as the lower half of the dash has to be removed to access it.

Was driving about 78mph with cruise control...
