Ditto. Cold starts are non-issues. Mine's sat in cold (below 0F) parking lots for a few days, and fired right up.

DEF is available and cheap, and BMW refills it for free during the free service...

I'd buy it in a heartbeat. The rear axle is where it is to keep the wheelbase the same as the SUV...which would reduce production costs. That thing would be about perfect for my lifestyle.
