Rear Pinion seal dif leak

Just had the car at the dealer, mechanic said he noticed rear pinion seal leaking dif fluid, said it was wet with drip hanging off the cross member... It doesn't seem like an immediate problem....

Since it was done 6 months ago, those parts still have an 18 month parts warranty left if I'm right. The dealer wants a 120 dollar diagnostic fee though
