My 2008 X5 makes a "clicking sound" when I pull away from a stop. I've read that there is an interlock solenoid?
Dealer said it is normal, but it didn't make the noise when I first got the car....

Always bought Michelin for my cars, but this time I tried a set of Toyo Versado CUV's. Nice smooth, stable ride. Ok with passing on the "Michelin punch" this time around.;)

I have only seen the stickers on out of state cars. I live in California and now the only stickers I see regularly are Carmax stickers.

Is it more common in the Midwest and East?

When I bought my used 08 the trim was peeling too. They had a guy
paint (?) it. It now has a textured finish, kind of like "spatter" paint.
Looks pretty good and a lot easier.

I read in the manual that the button is depressed one second for the liftgate and three seconds for the alarm. Button works for the alarm.

Just my opinion. I liked them until I checked out the Vossen website. They look to "busy" on the car, if that makes sense.
