Did someone of you already update the firmware of a BM54 to enable MP3 functionality on an older model ?

Inside the BM54 there is an AT27LV010A EPROM which could be easily taken out...

Hi to all,
this is a very nice forum.
To my problem. I have a MKIV, which had problems in reading DVDs (allways rebooted). Having an old software version, I hoped that upgrading to V27 will help....
