I don't think it will trump my 4.4i because the 4.6is originally has 340-hp which is about the same with my dinanized 4.4i. But the 4.6is is definitely heavier then the 4.4i

With a 6.4-second run...

For performance and some comfort get 20". For show only get 22's. I would stick with the 20's.
Also the tires are chipper for 20", you wont need to deal with spacers, and better handling...

Check the MAF sensor. I had similar problem....

Check the MAF sensor. I had similar problem. Unplug the MAF sensor and if the car runs ok then you will need to get a new one or you can try to clean it with the crc maf cleaner. MAF is usually good...

Finally got the new sensor with the core...

Finally got the new sensor with the core yesterday. Plugged it and ..... it's working perfect.
No check engine light and power is back. I'm back on the road.

Own X5 for about 2 years. So far I had no any issues except window regulators (all 4).
Love my car. Do the maintenance on time, don't buy chip parts and you will be good.
