I did a ton of research and for an all season...
I did a ton of research and for an all season tire the Assimetrico had very good reviews. I think it is the best option out there for true "all season" tires in the 19" size.

Brand new stock 17" tires/wheels for sale
We just purcashed an '06 X5 3.0 and bought 19" Style 132 wheels with Pirelli Assimetrico for it. The new wheels/tires are on the vehicle. Since we went with all season tires we will not need the 17"...
