Do you think I should file a police report like most hit and run accidents? If I do file a police report should I mention on it that the garage immediately offered to fix it?

I had this as well, told my SA about it the last time before my intial 50k/4yr warranty was up, he said they couldn't recreate it. If it gets worse at least I have the original complaint documented...

I have the same thing on my 08 with 25k miles. I figured the power steering fluid was low. It also only seems to be prevelant in cold weather.
