My only issue is that they sold it to me as an Xdrive and a 2009 model when in fact it is MY2008 (LATE but still that none the less)

My concern is that I was upsold a "model, badge whatever" when in reality my september 2008 3.0sd is in fact just that....and not a 2009 Xdrive 35d - although I know essentially they are the same...

Sorry, forgot to mention this is ongoing with multiple fills of gas - we only have 98 octane here in perth and that is all I use from BP..

I also ran an octane booster and fuel system clean...
