Yeah, I understand that. I thought along those lines when I bought a new Highlander and it sucks towing. I'm hoping to avoid a similar mistake in buying another BMW. I know it won't tow like a 3/4...

I'm not doing any cross country runs with it. Most would be 3 hours and some would be 5 hours. The 35i would make more sense for the 90% of the time I'm commuting or running around town.

I've had the same problem with my 4.4i but only on the rear driver's side door. Hasn't bothered me enough to work towards a solution yet.

I have an 06 4.4i and have been experiencing the same thing recently, especially when in stop and go traffic where I sit idling for a bit before moving.

Fingers crossed for no major problems.
