I had some brake noise after I changed my pads and rotors. This may be something to look into although the sound would be there no matter the speed. Maybe if you go faster the wind noise gets louder...

Another alternative is Plastidip if you haven't heard of it. Much cheaper but you'll have to be careful will filling up as gas + plastidip don't mix.
