Just checked real oem and my car is a 03/2004 model and has direct, 04/2004 doesnt. so instead of a £10 rubber valve, i got do fit £125 valves.

Just got back from tyre shop to have all 4 valves replaced, only to discover that once the first tyre had been removed, the valve in fact did have a pressure sensor attached. So have to scrape that...

E53 Facelift (04) - Does it have Tyre Pressure Sensors (Valves).

Having tyre inflation issues and changed tyres, but still losing air. So, guessing it’s valves. Had all 4 done by BMW years ago, they fitted metal valves, but don’t know if they had sensors....
