I have JR Auto stage 2 tune w/ EGR delete and AA Rod EGR race pipe. The X5 has 160k miles on it and no issues, had the tune since 105k miles.

They suggested disconnecting the wiring from the EGR and LP cooler, I did that, cleared the codes, and it still came back, when I disconnected the the temp sensor it produced the same code and ran...

It is definitely x5 specific but now that you mention it I'm not 100% sure of the EGR disable piece of the tune does both or what!? The thing still runs fantastic just all the sudden have this issue...
