I pretty much exclusively use Shell and a Hess station occasionally. I have researched this topic a bunch and spoken with a few other BMW dealerships and there have been a ton of these exact issues...

I will start by saying that our 2013 special ordered X5 5.0 MSport is hands down the worst car I have ever owned. I have owned 8 BMW's and currently own two others and this not up to BMW's standards....
