StephenVA - I know the E53 version fits as someone has done it and I can buy a used...

Slightly odd question but hoping for some insight from E53 owners. I run an Alpina B10 with the 4.6 engine and someone has suggested the fan clutch off the E53 4.6 is a better design as the fan blade...

I purchased an X5 nav for my E39 and if I recall correctly you have to update the nav to work in a different car. I can't remember if you can do it in INPA or have to use NCS Expert to re-code it....

I've just upgraded to a MK IV nav unit in my 2002 E39 and now I'm getting screen intereference once the engine is turned on (it's fine with no engine)....
the interference shows up on the nav screen...
